Meet your solution

Our President and Founder, Kevin Griggs, got his start at a young age working in his father’s flooring company. From there, he clocked more than 35 years in the construction industry, honing his craft and leading projects for some of the biggest names in our nation - including FedEx, Marriott, and Turner Dairy.

After decades of managing large-scale projects, Kevin felt the pull to return to what mattered most. Family. KALM Solutions was born from that vision. The name represents the first letters of his family - Kevin, Alexis, Landon, and Melissa. And of course, our founders love for solving problems. It’s pronounced Calm, but with a K. Because no crazy, unique or wildly custom idea is too chaotic for us.

With over 100 years of combined experience amongst our crew - If you can dream it, we’ll figure it out.
